I don't think so, it depends if the LRP voids warranty by wrong gearing. I wouldn't go over a 23 rollout with 6 cells. It's not worth it, all you will gain is a few km/h more will the risk of blowing you system. What are you planning to do with it, racing or bashing?

lol, but the last thing I want is spend $400 and then blow it in a couple of hours use.

I'm sure you could get around a 100 km/h with normal gearing, would that be enough?

Yeh, 100km/h sounds good enough. Was hoping about 120km/h, but 100km/h should do. What gearing could I do 100km/h with and have no worries of blowing up anything? Cheers

Probably around a 21 rollout. A 90t and a 16t would be a good starting point. The best way to work if your gearings right is by motor and esc temps. If you don't have a temp gun try and get hold of one, it's the best tool for gearing.
