i have a TC4 with a 13.5 novak brushless installed

current gearing is 29-72

i cant find any pinions that are 48 pitch in the size i was looking for

Just figure out what your final drive ratio is and match with 64 p.

a 72 tooth 48 pitch is like a 96 tooth 64 pitch
a 75 tooth 48 pitch is like a 100 tooth 64 pitch

your internal gear ratio is 2.5
an xrays internal pulley ratio is 1.7

try gearchart for charts or ideas on the gearing you're trying to reach

hope that helps

Something you might try, work on mine. Now I know about roll-out and that, but I decided to something different.I put a 88t spur 64 pitch and started trying oval pinions,40t and up.Eveybody at the track thought the car was going to be a slug.Well that slug was blowing away the nitro cars during practice. Now with a brushed motor it was slower, but with brushless ,they can put out the torque all day. Just try it.Also I did have to grind off a small part of the motor mount,Very little. Running a 72t 48 pitch even with a 10.5 the x-rays and corallys were killing the TC4.Have a TC5 now and do the same, running a 88t 64pitch witha 52t PINION!
Once again everybody....WHAT. LOL... Now I tune by lap times and motor temp. ALL RIGHT LETS HEAR IT....IT WONT WORK.........LOL
