Using 4 chargers to charge 4 cell packs....
Hi guys, I saw a picture from a race meeting a little while back that showed someone (I think Hara) using 4 chargers to charge a 4 cell pack. I thought I'd have a go at using one charger to charge up 2 cells of a pack whilst using another charger to charge the other 2 in the same pack. The only problem is that one of the chargers blow a fuse and the other said 'call service tech - error' when I hooked them up. The are both the same chargers (much more silent) so I am now wondering how the person originally hooked up 4 chargers and got all them to work!
Any ideas?
All the best, Chris.

The charger itself decides how many cells are hooked up by the amount of voltage given out by the pack, you can't specify how many cells it's charging up. I agree that it's a bit of an overkill (!), I just wandered how it was done.

The chargers must be powered by DIFFERENT power supplies. Using multiple chargers on the same power supply to charge a single pack will cause the problems you mentioned.
