Default fk05 suspention binding

Hi I have a FK05 front suspention binding. I have noticed it and have taken every moving part and reamed it out but I still have the binding. I have tried every thing. please help.

Did you make sure the hinge pin is not bent?

yes it is only when the camber link is on the car it binds the a arm and c hub move fine. i have no clue what is going on. its also a slight bind but noticeable.

I've had that happen also, replace the plastic camber link cup/ball joint part #302662. Mine was the one on the bulkhead that got tight, you'll have to check to see which end is tight and not moving freely.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaa I cant find out what is wrong with it all ball ends are fine the cvd isnt bent the last thing is to check the hinge pin on the A arm again.

Check the hinge pins by letting them roll slowly along a piece of glass or a mirror, any slight deformity will show up far easier.

Does the suspension on those use 'quik clips' or similar?

It might be that the end of the A arm is being pinched between the pivot blocks, might require some filing to be done to the A arm.

Have you checked where the cvd goes into the diff? Does the cvd slide in and out easily?
You also might want to take it apart and put it back together 1 piece at a time...Put the A arm on and see if it moves freely.. Then the c hub.. then knuckle.. etc...

i figured it out the plastic cvd cover is sanwhitched thanks for all your help!
