I really like the way the Cuda looks, how is the durability on it? I broke a lot of parts on my SD yesterday, want something tougher.

Durability is great, it's very strong in all aspects. The bevel gears are very chunky so you're unlikely to strip them. The suspension arms are nice and chunky and have a wide hinge point on the chassis, if you know what I mean they are almost triangular so they spread the load well.
It's possible to break c-hubs, they are tough but a good crash with a mod may break one.
The only problem is spur gears, get the Speedway PAL drivesystem and this problem will be fixed though.

Here is a rear shot of a PAL drive system.... basicaly the baracuda has a floating shaft where the gear is mounted to unlike a SD were the drivesgaft is supported by a bearing that is on the motor mount...so the PAL drive system supports the drive shaft around the spur gear...

I see how it works now. With the PAL system, can you use the stock graphite driveshaft, or do you have to use the aluminum one included?
