Default Performance of Tamiya rubber tire Type A

Hi All
I have a problem with the "Type A" of Tamiya...
I need to use this tire on carpet for Tamiya cup.
But, I found that the tire only works good in two 5min runs...
In the third run...everything changed!!!
Why?
I did my best on my EVO5 using RZ 23T with a 0.2 sec slower than first guy by his 415MSXX. At the qualify, i am in the A5...but on the final...i am toast...
I only got one set of type A...is that any problem with my setting?
Front:
oil 50 with gray super hard spring at hole #4 and hard stablizer bar, one way
Rear oil 40 with white spring at hole #2 and soft stablizer bar
My EVO5 fills so good in first two runs but it is drift car at the final...
Does any guys can give me a advice or setting with Tamiya Type A?
Or, this is just the performance it shows...
And, how about Tamiya B, B2 and B3??? The same issue?
Thanks in advance!!!

I can tell you from personal experience with TCS racing that the tires do not last long. In the past TCS Nationals, you were either running a new set every run, or left in the dust. I can only imagine this being even worse with the high traction of carpet. Sadly, the tires simply do not last long. You can get one good run, maybe 2 out of the tires, but that is it. After about 2 runs on the A's, or B3's you need a new set for competitive racing.
