Does anyone have a link or know a part number to a grinding stone like this?

Todd, did Marker put you up to calling me a rock star? If so its "Superstar!"

I am hoping to be back this year for the Carpet Challenge in March pending Roar's decision on the "other" race going on around then.

Don't the part number, but you should be able to get this at your local hardware store. It looks like the grinder is for a regular drill not for the dremel.

In case anyone is interested, I calipered my IB 4200 battery diameter and came up with 0.91", so a 1.00" stone would be almost 10% too big for a "perfect" fit.

Don't grind it down too deep and it will work.

I have been using a similar method for a couple of years on my battery slots. Instead of using a grinding stone, I put about 5 cutoff wheels together. Seems to do the trick very well. Just be careful, the first time I tried it, it skipped out a couple of times and nicked my chassis.
