I have a oneway unit in the front of my car and it made of alloy so what I do is only spray it with a good degreaser, let it dry for a hour and put some special thin bearing grease (not oil!) in it. Instead of the normal output drives I installed in my car the Atomic spool outdrives (which has now discontinues I guess cause they sare not displayed anymore one the Atomic website)

I've been using this http://www.teamxray.com/teamxray/pro...%20Lube%2025ML

But my one way still sleeps from time to time, havent found anything that works yet.

Like Unlimted said, give it a good blast out first though.
