My understanding is the atlas brushes pull more current in the lower voltage (4 cell) use.

You can run the 6 cell brushes, they do last longer. It just depends whether your more concerned about power or longevity.

I tend to run Orion and Check Point 19T's in my sedans but in 1/12th the Trinity Komodo 19T's are the fastest. They have weaker magents and turn a lot more RPM. Thats no good in a sedan but in a light 1/12 car its a rocket.

I run Red springs and use F-Brushes or Reedy 767's. For a 100x50 carpet track I gear around 2.05" roll out.

Adrian, have you run the money motor in 1/12th at all?

Komodo isn't allowed in the UK (a good thing) so am currently running a CP. Any major tips for 1/12th?
