Team Checkpoint Charger - Battery Care

Just got a new charger (Team Checkpoint) Wow what a charger.

+ 4 New Batteries - 7.2 volt SMC IB4200 6-Cell Matched Stick Pack

At what amp rate is it safe to charge them?
The charger goes up to 10 amps. I have read about 4.5 is safe is that ok?

How many volts should I discharge them to?

How many amp discharge do I use?

4.5is safe
discharge to no less than 0.9 per cell

The lower the charge and discharge you use, the easier it is on your cells.

For discharge, I do 5amp and a cut off of 1.0v per cell, then I tray them to .9v.
