Default A question to all motor builders/battery matchers

Hey all,
I am curious as to where you get your products in bulk orders and what process you take from there. Do you get blank armatures and wind them yourself? Or do you get brand X based motors that are not tuned or tweaked and then spend some time with them.

Also, where do you get large numbers of loose IB, EP, or GP cells to zap and then match (if you zap them at all)?
