Default How do I protect the spur & pinion

gears from little rocks entering the hole under in the bottom of the chassis and also from under the body in the TC3?

You could make rock shields out of lexan... If you have a TC3, you should be running on a somewhat prepped surfice though to avoid that problem.

A simple piece of tape should fix that problem, but the best solution is to race on a surface that doesn't have a lot of little rocks

I don't think those holes actually let in more dirt than they let out.
(not counting your offroad journeys though)

I find that more dirt is picked up by the front wheels and thrown
onto the chassis. Some chassis shields behind the wheels might
help.
