HI, i am not sure where aproach or dispute so i decide to post this thing here. i receive negative feedback(supposed to receive positive), but i think the person who put it accidentally put negative instead. read his comment then you will understand what i say. thanks

if i'm not mistaken you need to tell the person who give you negative feedback to retract it.
