Whats "NEW" about any of those parts???

Stock rear arms flipped around and a hole drilled in a postion that would be between the middle and outer holes on the other side, Steve Weiss at Novak did that for his carpet car at the 06' carpet nats.

Stock graphite rear plate cut to give more flex?? Anyone with dremal can do that.

Please tell me "WHATS NEW" in those pics????

I dont think HB would be coming out with a new car. Its the exact same car. Like other companies it looks like there just testing out new/redefined parts.

ABEC3 bearings? I've always felt like maybe they tolerate carpet fibers better. I wonder if (and why) Hara was using them?

Spose you forgot about the fact that in that photo with the car upside down that not only did it have wider areas cut out where the diff pulleys would go, but it was also a 5 cell chassis.

Also, there are inserts in the slots for the 4 cell battery packs, much like the Cyclone12 and Cyclone D4. Also on that same 5 cell chassis, there was extra standoffs similiar to the Cyclone S at the front of the chassis which reduces flex at the front.

It also looks as though they've been experimenting with positioning of the servo and servo post with potentially different top decks to suit. Very interesting indeed.

Also, look closely at the rear diff in haras car... it has new outdrives with much larger diff rings, following the recent trend by tamiya drivers (bigger rings, more balls).

One thing that I'd really like to see updated is the servo saver/mono- steering section of the car...its a pain to adjust ackermann on this car with the way the horizontal ball studs placement on there...they could easily modify the piece and have it have more holes, 4-6 holes, and allow you put the ball studs vertically, so you can easily remove them and adjust from the top...I think the AE TC5 has something like this...

Also, it would be cool to have the servo positioned north south, like on Yok BD and Tamiya MSXXXXXXX cars...this gives us more room for electronics, badly needed w/ BL systems...
