Default 414m2 wcr

any body still racing there wcr and prefer them over the evo 3?
the only other car that comes close to it perhaps is the evo 3 surikarn limited.
any one who wants to post about the wcr can do so but only about the wcr

Default TRF 414 WCR

My friend, this must be THE nicest car around.

I 've owned before a FT TC3 a YOKOMO SP but they don't come even close to quality perfection.

Performance is excellent as I managed to dominate my country's championship the moment I bought it and started racing with it.

Problem was that I bought it too late and I was way behind in the points. But as of now I hold ALL the track records!

I have now added both the SSG graphite parts and Light Weight Bulkheads.

It is very nice. I will try and post pics asap

Well, no major difference, it is really hard to feel such difference in performance.

I did get lighter which allowed to play around with the weights.

I have some old pics, before I made all the latest improvements.

Have a look..

After resisting months of tempation to open mine, my WCR stayed in the box and will probably stay there for a long time... here's the man himself signing my kit "trophy" this past weekend at the Reedy Race of Champions... Now, I'll definitely keep this car as a collector's item... forget ebay for sure... =)

does the ssg and light weight bulheads make a difference?
the lightweight bulkheads i herd dont make much of a diffrence. except its lighter. woo hoo. i dont think its faster though

the ssg chassis isnt that great either i herd. its just more dendy i guess.

the thing that makes a diffrence is the new one-way. you get more speed through the corners. i have it.

bulkheads look great but not worth that kind of money

Default carbon spur gear support plate

Does anyone know if the carbon spur gear support plate from the trf414m2 wce is available as a seperate item? Either a Tamiya one or from another company?

Cheers

Yes, the carbon support plate is available separately. A friend of mine bought one for $8(just for the plate)... If you have the PN# from your manual, I'm sure you can contact Tamiya directly and ask for availability... btw, my friend used his for the HPI Pro2... fits perfectly...
