3PK recievers, other options ??

Hello guys, i recently purchased a Futaba 3PK it did not include a reciever it was in a price i could not refuse, anyway i was wondering what other recievers will suit the tx ?? Can i use a XXL or Phaser FM reciever ??

Hope other 3PK owners can give me a hand here ??

Hey FW,

I have a 3PK. Any receiver should work OK. I can't think of one that would not work. Be sure if you end up getting the HRS receiver from Futaba that you have a digital servo(s).

Default Reciever swap

Helllo i got two recievers the following are:-

* Novak XXL 27mhz

* KO KR297FZ 27mhz

I want to swap for a 40Mhz reciever pref. futaba i want the r133 i want something preety compact due to limited space on my car. Please let me know if your interested. PM or email me

Do you have the 27 MHz module in the 3PK? Or do you want to use 40 MHz receivers and want to trade or dump the 27 MHz ones?


All you need to do to go to 40 MHz is to buy a Futaba 40MHz transmitter module and get the approriate crystals for the receivers.

I have a 40mhz module, i want to get rid of my 27mhz reciever
because i no longer have my KO Mars which is 27mhz. Im basically
like you said dumping them or trade it for a 40mhz

does anyone know if the 3PK would be able to use a JR PCM receiver on the same band??

I don't think it will work. JR uses negative shift while Futaba uses postive shift.
