Default Keyence ESC Needs Repair

I did something stupid today. I blew up my keyence rapida pro when I plugged in the corally connectors the wrong way. Where can I get this repaired?

I guess my esc still works. I've got it wired up the right way now but for some reason, reverse on the controller is forward and forward is brake.

I'm not sure what is causing this. When I bought the car, it was already wired up with the motor, ready to go. Now after plugging in the battery wrong and the positive lead melting off the esc, and me thinking the esc was fried, it is now working again but in reverse. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for the help.

check your settings on the remote , you may need to change the servo setting in this case your esc direction on the remote forward to reverse or reverse to forward and that should do it.....

good luck

Yes!!! I figured it out!!! I got the full manual online and everything works fine now. I can't believe that after plugging in the battery wrong and the wire came off the esc, this thing still works. I guess these keyence speedcontrollers are worth every penny.

Bump... if anyone has ANY Keyence service information for US customers, please do post it here. They won't respond to e-mails and Schumacher USA no longer handles warranty or service work.

I have 7 Zero V Xtreme's left ONLY for warranty issues, unfortunately were out of the Rapida Pro.

That's exactly what I'm trying to have serviced, Adam. Can you still swap them out?
