time for a new car, motor and lipo

ok i have many rc's but i want something new, so far i own a tc4 with the novak 3.5, the 2 losi xxx-s with the lrp 3.5's, hpi rs4 sport 2 with a epic intense 6turn brushed and the rest of my rc's are nitro stadium trucks and MT's.

I am looking for speed so i want the best. I have a limit of 2500 and would ike to stay way under that if possible. I want 100mph or faster and im not kidding about this. suggest me a car, motor (Brushless) and lipo.. I will choose the radio on my own unless you want to. thanks

I've decided to go with the mamba 5700 with 3s lipo. since i am building for pure speed is the 5700 with 3s lipo the best that i can get period and what kind of speeds do you think i could get it at. is 100mph asking to much? or can i actually achieve those speeds?

can someone give me a link to the best lipo pack around that will push the 5700 to its max. also i haven't chose a car yet so I'm still in need of suggestions there also.

A mamba 5700 on 3 cells is not enough, you might get around 70mph but not 100. You'll need more than 3 cells and a speedie and motor that will handle it (maybe a quark or hacker etc).
something like this: http://www.quarkbrushless.com/pro_carcontrol_125b.htm
and this http://www.quarkbrushless.com/pro_motor.htm

yeah but on that quark motor it says that "Specially designed for 3s LiPo setup".

how do others hit those speeds. i thought electric was supposed to be Fast? i can say that 70 is fast yes but if im going to spend the money again on a new car i want faster.

It will handle up to 4 cells though, maybe a Hacker motor. I'm not sure which one but i'm sure there would be one to get you to 100mph. Most of the speed cars have low KV motors with lots of cells on them. Where are you planning to run this car?

I personally would go with a shaft drive car, I think the friction of the belts would be hard to overcome to get that kind of speed. Stick with direct drive or shaft drive. TC4 or a pro -10 car.

Here is a simple recipe for 100+:
