The Fastest way to do it is to send it direct to keyence. The address to the repair dept. is on the back of your instruction manual.

I takes about 3-4 weeks to get it fixed and back to you.

If you had a sales recipt from a store that got the speedo from Schumacher USA you could send it back to them. They support the speedo they sell and thier dealers sell.

All we have left is the Zero V Extreme for refurbished, we've been unsuccessful with communication with Keyence as well. Last we heard Thunder Tech was taking over the US distribution. but we haven't been able to confirm that yet.

Just send it to Japan. 3-4 weeks later you will get it back.
