last more than a couple of chargers like some other batteries.

wow, that's a long life cell... Unless, of course, it kills chargers. :)

kn7671 10-16-2007 11:58 AM

Hey, we can't let this post go without bringing up LiPo, can we?

fjm9898 10-16-2007 12:04 PM

But still only need to make 5 minutes ;) So doesn't really matter

....to me question isn't about RUN TIME - it's about VOLTAGE...

If these are like the other IP batteries - then really there is NO need for them...run time wasn't a problem..running them against the EXPLODING but HIGH voltage IB4200's with GREAT Voltage is a concern though..

magm20001 10-16-2007 03:43 PM

IB's will be history like Gps are

Our local matcher has been playing with these cells, so far runtime seems approx the same as the latest gen 4200 cell from EP, however the voltages were huge.

I ran IP's for the last 2 years and had NO problems keeping up with IB's. I just tested some EP's and they felt very similar to IB's/IP's. I think they are all good so long as they don't explode:p

Voltages for EP4600s, are way way up.... :)

You can see numbers in the upper link ;)

Must say the numbers looks very similar to my EP4200 cells I recently bought from Promatch. With Much More charger it usualy goes up to 4500 and then does the cappacity cut (I've set it to 4500, I'm a bit twitchy to overacharge them) and they are just about 40-42 Celsium.
