The Orion 3200 will fit in the T2.

Based on the dimensions provided the 3600 should fit in the T2008 US edition.

The 3200 will fit in the T2 after some small modification to the bulkhead.

Well if all they did was up the capacity and not make it weighted, I'll pass. Capacity wise, my 3200 more than gets the job done for 13.5 racing.

Please
note, the 3600 carbon has more punch than the 3200 ....

The big difference is the cells are a newer generation, pay attention to the C rating, 22C on the 3200, and 25C on the newer 3600.

Besides, bigger numbers are always better than smaller numbers. It's like how "100 watt" speakers are louder than "50 watt" speakers.

Where have you been?

I wonder what happens to the 3200 once this comes out. Im sure they will both be out for a while but eventually Orion drops this (as perhaps Kokam will too). I think Orion missed the boat on the "heavy" lipo though. It seems like if one of the companies just getting into lipo could come up with a heavy lipo in a shell similar to the 3200/3600 then they can definately make a splash quickly (assuming they are safe and reliable).

If the "C" rating is measured the same way for each pack lipo Orion sells then this one will have the most punch. This should be the case since Kokam is the lipo manufacturer for all 3 Orion batteries.

3600 25C
1C = 3.6A
20C = 3.6A * 25 = 90A

3200 20C
1C = 3.2A
20C = 3.2A * 20 = 64A

4800 15C
1C = 4.8A
20C = 4.8A * 15 = 72A

If this is wrong, please let me know.
