ok , i popped it open and all joints on circuit board seen to be fine with enough solder on them. than again this my new smart tray se that seen to be working fine.

FYI I just ran through production and checked the latest batch of Smart Tray's going through...all the resistors looked to be soldered to my satisfaction.

Steve Weiss , are you guys looking into this issue , the unit frezzing up and not discharging as it should? could it be because the heat being generated from the resistors
