well at my local r/c club theres a guy selling one for £100 comes with spares box , another chassie , so basicly and rolling one and extrams no electrics .. what u say ?

Personally I wouldnt, i'd rather get something new and pay a bit more.

In a word, yes. The car is still competitive in stock and 19t. When you get to the higher winds, certain parts need a little bit more attention (bevel gears get chewed if not properly shimmed when you go 3.5 brushless). Aside of that , parts are relatively easy to come by, not hard to work on and many parts are compatible with the Cyclone. Dont get caught up with the "I have to by the latest expensive car to be competitive"vacuum. If costs and budget is a concern, start small and work your way to the more luxurious rides.
