Can anyone tell me what are the things i can do to stop the interference of the receiver?

PS:hope theres a reply soon, im gettign a headache with this wobbling...

when everything is on, car and remote, the servo somewhat glitches, shakes a little, causing the car to wobble on straights.....

Add a third capacitor across the positive and negative motor wires.

ive been reading up on this adding a cap on the reveiver...how do they do that?......all they say is how they work, but never say how.....
