Default Fusion Phase 4

I am wondering if anyone has expirence with this motor, and how does it stack up to say the Reedy Kr, or D5 Flatliner? I came across the LRP website, and am checking out a lot of their stuff, propably going to get the HiVolt Plus 3300 Factory Team packs to supply the voltage...

Couldn`t tell you about the Resdy but I have one on order..but I can tell you the differance with the D5....

I have both a 9x2 LRP & a 9x2 D5....and the LRP seems to have a slight bit more top end...over the D5 ...but the D5 relly shines in the torque department....but it think that there is more topend with this motor... my timing is only at 12 deg right now .. so
the D5 would be a better buy in my book but the r
Reedy is a whole different story

I picked up a Reedy Kr 8x2 today, and am going to pick up a Fusion Phase 4 as well, see which one I like better for my driving style.

Isn't the Fusion phase 4 the same thing as the Reedy KR just wound by the LRP guys and the Reedy's are wound by Reedy guys.....but the cans and arm blanks are the same so what diferance you will see will be in the winder and setup not the motor persay. So when you say the LRP is faster or what ever its really just the winder and setup that made it faster everything else is the same. The LRP is not making the parts for the motor as far as I can see they are getting them from Yokomo just like Reedy is. There is really only 3 big motor component builders out there today Yokomo, EPIC and Orion/Top. So when you compair two like motors meaning same can and arm blanks it comes down to who wound the arm and how well they did it and set up the motor. So you really cant say the LRP is better then the KR or visa versa its the same motor just wound by someone else and thats what makes it better.
