Default front one way help (TC4)

i was just wondering what the front one way was good for. i got a nice one with my tc4 but its not installed. is it for tight turns or really wide turns and is it worth even installing?

i am not looking to race just trying to build something for my own personal speed preference

what class are you on?? i mean stock racing 23T or modified racing? rubber or foam? I had 1 unit installed inside my Fttc4 with 23T motor stock, it has very aggressive turning, good for technical track with hair pin and sweeper. I'm running rubber tire.....

For fun race i.e car park race ball diff will be enough dont waste money installing one way unit

well when i baught my TC4 the guy i got it from gave me one. i was having rear diff slip problems until now. i took the rear diff out andput the diff from the front in the rear and installed the front one way and all i can say is wow. i thought the car was fast before but now its like nuts fast. i tested the car using my 2000 6 cell trinity pack just to horse around with and its fast.

when i wake up in a couple of hours since im going to bed im going to throw on my 5000 6 cell pack and see what happends.

im just running this for fun and speed. specs below

rubber tires on asphault
10x2 peak racing raven with a novak racer no motor limit esc
front one way
rear diff has been fixed

ride height front is 5.0 and rear is 5.5 purple 30lbs spring front and 17lbs blue spring back. it handles great in my eyes

gearing i might have to change im not sure. im running the stock spur 72t 48p using a 22 pinion. it calls for a 21 but i dont have one at the moment.. hopefully that isnt too much

You could gear that up to about 27-28 pinion and up to 78t spur with no problems, would be super fast. You are just messing around no need to change the gearing at all.
