Is it dangerous to handle lead weights?

Just wash your hands after use. As the Inspector said, don't eat lead. Remember that Simpsons episode when actor Troy McLure says "Lead Paint: Delicious but Deadly!"

Stock up on lead weights while you can! Zinc weights are huge.
