I'm just finishing up the Pro 4 i won at the Challnege last year.and want to run it at the DE challenge....I picked up the 05 top deck...but I'm a little confused on what screws to mount it with...and what screws go in what holes...alsoo,it looks like from the pictures there's some kind of purple spacers......
HPI doesn't have the manual listed yet....
if anyone can give me instructions and part #'s,I'd appreciate it.....

I found the post by rc-zombie...it's #11902 if you want to see the pictures too. I've quoted the text below tho.

see pics.
nw racer: the purpose for this mod to help minimize any chassis tweak in the event of a hard crash. just drill out the hole just big enough for the screw head to pass through. the car will still be stiff with the stock chassis and upperdeck and you'll not have to change your driving style...what kind of track are you running? if you're running carpet at Raincity. recommend getting the stiffer 3mm chassis and upperdeck. asphalt..stay with the stock set-up.
centax error!.... the arms are great for low traction tracks...they are hard to get and available overseas. another option is stay with the stock arms and get the 2mm chassis.

Rc-Zombies,
Just to have better understanding for the rear droop setup you have,
6mm droop R (Battery Site?)
5mm droop L (Motor site?)

My car spins out going into the corner then pushes coming out of the corner as I'm applying throttle - then when I let off it hooks to the left. And it won't stay going straight through the chicane! And I have to run after it cuz the range is only like 20 feet. I just use tires that are tossed away by the fast guys, but there's no tread on them, should I get new tires? What's the best truck body to use? Is a covered bed better than a camper shell?
(I'll leave it to Thad to finish up the agony post :P haha)#
What's up Harry!? Going to try electric finally?

Right side is the motor side (passenger side)
Left the batter side. (driver side)
copied from one of Hara's setup... help to eliminate or reduce any effect of torque steer or unbalance weight battery side being heavier....
