Is there anyone out there who remembers what page number this upper deck mod is at? Pleeeease inform.

Chris
Here is the first part I decided to start with. Front sway bar mount. This one is one of three prototypes. I am going to manufacture and sell these if anyone is interested. I am including the mount, longer mounting screws, and longer rods for the links themself. No sway bar is included or rod ends. The mount is sway bar diameter specific so I will need to know what bar you want the mount cut for. If you want one for each size. I can do that too. $10.00 shipped. Paypal [email protected] Put in the subject line Sway bar mount. Also note the diameter of mount you want.

Mach10_shooter

nice swaybar mount...
doesn't that defeat the purpose of the o-ring upperdeck mod?
unless under the CF is a countsunk hole for the o-ring to fit in.

The bottom is countersunk for that very reason.

Man, I'm behind the times, too. Where's the page for the "o-ring" upperdeck mod?

I recently just found out about too...

it's basically a countersunk washer turned upside down placed over the o-ring and secured with the flat buttonhead screw.... the 2 screws on the steering post. do not tighten all the way down. just enough to secure.. approx equal pressure on both sides...

If, you turn the countersunk washer upside down, how can you still use a flat head screw? Also, are doing this in conjunction with the upper deck mod?

i think you should be make a cone shape at the down side of the carbon fiber so it can put o-ring and also can used it as the stabalizer

Okay. Now it makes sense. Does this mod also reduce the chances for tweak?
