Default Best Sway-Bars. . . . .and. . .

The Pro 4 has good Sway-Bars. They always lift each Suspension Arm evenly; compared to other Kits Sway-Bars.

(Anyone know if the Pro 4 Axles get heavy wear after around 60- Runs?)

Hi all. I have a Pro 4 since 2006 that i got as a gift from a friend. I now race 13.5 blinky with it and managed to fit a Tamiya gear diff. The car feels now complete and even though my TC 7.1 is very good i always come back to my Pro 4. Will post pics soon.

Does anyone know if HPI or MIP decided to remake the Pro 4 Axles?

Thank You

Hi guys! It's probably been more than a decade since I last posted in this thread. I miss my Pro4. Sold it in 2007 when I stopped RCing. When to RC flight in 2014 with 3D chopper. But I'm eager to get back on land and want to build a couple of rally cars using cheap chassis.

Anyway, just want to share my Pro4 that I modded with every hop-up parts available at that time,

Beautiful car. I've still got mine, though it's a dedicated shelf queen now.

Hi Guys!

Anyone still driving PRO4?

I'm reviving my 2004 pro4 with 13.5T motor (no boost).

Could anyone recommend me which spur and pinion should I use.

Thank you in advance.

60-66 in 48P or 82-88 64P Spur should be good. Ask for starting FDR at your track and use that to calculate a safe starting pinion. Internal ratio on this car is 2.5 I think.

you are close. . internal Ratio is 2.4375
For out door asphalt racing I would go with the 48P Exotek spur gear they are the best...

Thank you guys.

I ask regular driver at my track and he say FDR should be around 3.5.

So I have 64P 72T Spur and 64P 52T Pinion gear.

My FDR is at 3.38

I will try driving this for now.

I will post and update later.

Just finish my first run (after fifteen year on the shelf) . Fair good for 15 years old car. I want to change my one way to spool. Is it possible to find one?
