I can agree to that! Believe me, I realize that a huge percentage (majority) of RC is not in the US, especially Pro10 which is the class I race most.

so, has anyone done a side-by-side comparison of the available traction compounds? WG and non-WG?
RC10L2.5W - RC12.4 - RCNTC3(bmi) - TC4 (modded) - B44.2 - plus rent-a-rides! :D

The Reedy Race is a "controlled tire" race and privateers come out and do well there. The tires actually become one of the factors that you can remove from the equation. They just work. So then people just have to tweak setups. Practice times are scheduled so it's not like someone, anyone, any Pro can come down for a week and practice on those tires...unless possibly they own a Tamiya car.
