It's a rip-off of the Bantam chargers. Reviews have said it is buggy and unreliable. Another Bantam copy is sold under the iMax name. Same crappy reviews. See:

If you want a higher end lipo charger with a built in balancer then the Bantams are a good choice although expensive. If you want a more flight oriented charger with an external balancer, the Hyperion's are a good option. You can get the Hyperion EOD 5i with Hyperion external balancer for ~$100 at www.allerc.com. The EOS 1210I goes for ~$185 with balancer and is a pretty high end air charger.
If you want a car oriented charger, then go with the ICE and an external balancer.
