Default Problem with warped pod plate

I bought the kit from SpeedMerchant directly, and after assembly, I found that I had to tighten down the right tweak screw way lower than the left. I tried racing the car and still it felt tweaked. I raced it for about 5 races now, and I finally found out why it's tweaked.

There are 2 problems.
1. The bottom pod plate is warped and it's nowhere near flat. (yes, I took off everything on the plate and laid it on a flat surface)
2. The rear brace for the pod is drilled wrong so it pulls the pod out of square.

I know Bruce will definitely take care of this for me, but I was wondering if anyone had this issue before, and if there was a interim fix to this while I contact Bruce for replacements.
