That is the car based off the speedmerchant right? The front end holes have not changed in distance from the rev4 to rev5 as I'm still using a rev4 chassis. Only difference is the servo is slightly back in the rev5.

hi steve - while the bolt pattern for 1/12th scale cars front ends are mostly the same front to rear their width are not. The BMI is not the same width as the SpeedMerchant (I know that from experience). I cannot speak to the CRC.

the formula front end is probably my favorite part of the Rev 5. no more silly uneven plastic arms.

I saw the production version of these plates on Sunday. They look really nice! Your local hobby store should have them -- and if not 360 RC Speedway has them in stock.

The width is the same as the old CRC C.K. on the new GenX Frank
change it to widen.

Alf,

Just went out and got my calipers to measure the chassis here on my desk and it is the same as yours center to center. I didn't want to tell you yes without measuring, but I knew it'd be the same when you said carpet knife.

latest creation by the master builder Mike O'Donnell. His building is second to none. I just raced the Brushless Rev 4.5 he built for me and it was perfect...can't wait to race this at 360 Raceway in Long Island, NY.

Here is something that should be in the ballpark anywhere on carpet:

Front:
.020" Springs
1.5 Dg. Camber
3.5 Dg. Caster
1 dg. toe-in
Camber/Caster Links mounted middle/middle
3.5mm Ride Height
Green Spooge on Kingpins
Jaco Lilacs - 1.67"

Mid:
Old School tall antenna mount (to get correct shock angle)
35wt
Red Spring
2mm pod droop
3.5mm Ride Height
Battery back

Rear:
172mm track width
4mm Ride height (measured at rear of pod)
Red Spooge in dampener tubes
.23 Side springs, backed 1/2 turn off side links
Jaco Yellow's - 1.75"

Start with 1/2 dope front tires, full rears. If you need more steering go to 2 dg. camber. If you need even more go to double pink fronts.

Hope this helps
