What optional parts you can suggest for the Phoenix keep in mind that in Greece we have only asphalt tracks.
Hi can anyone have any ideas or advise for this mater?

drover - Really, you only need t-bars. We do make a "Japan Spec" chassis that is 2.5mm graphite that is more flexable for asphalt but it depends on how low the grip is if you need it or not.

beyond - There isn't one in production but we are starting to do some testing, especially with the single cell lipo on the horizon.

Hey guys, I got a chance to see the 10th scale pan car from CEFX. All I can say is WOW!!! It looks pretty neat, and has a very simple layout. It reminds me a lot of the Xray X10 pan car, but more green. I think it is gonna be a hit. However, I wish he would have made it "Optimized" for LiPo. It looks like it is going to use 4-cells only.

Started building my Phoenix and I have a few questions / observations. Any help is appreciated.

1.) Diff side hub is machined on the wheel side...I'm assuming its to get a proper track width...was this neccessary for Jaco or Parma rims? Anyone had a problem with the fewer threads stripping?

2.) I really like the solid feel of the rear pod. Very nice.

3.) Wish the chassis and rear pod bottem plate was drilled for the the IRS balance buttons.

4.) My kit came with an old style antenna / shock mount versus the newer ASC design. Is this the one ot ue or should I just get the newer style. With the older style mount, the shock distance is much greater than anything I've used in the past.

5.) Josh. Please post your set-up for the Snowbirds.

Overall, I'm excited to try a t-bar chassis again and I really like the design.

If yes there will be Conversion Kit from T-BAR to Link one?

I still have the original CEFX C12 car here at home that I would like to run again. I thought it was a brilliant car to drive but used to have a problem with the flex plate staying flex upwards towards the end of a run, giving me some very coned front tyres! Does anyone know where I could find a assembly book for this chassis please? Cheers guys, Chris.

Chris, Yes I thought it was a great car also, one of the fastest cornering cars I have ever owned , I believe I have a manual, would have to scan and then upload somehow??? If interested also I have a Ton of parts and extras for that older car, also a spare chassis complete, minus axel, let me know if interested. will see if I can get the manual and maybe some tips.
