If your weights won't work you could use model airplane plywood and cut and shape the pieces to your liking. The 416 sure looks nice.

The layout of the center shaft is like the new Xray T2008. I have heard that there is an issue with the T2008 where the battery touches the pinion and spur gears.

Gizmo, can you perhaps show a picture of the 64P and 48P gears setups with a battery installed?

Also, is that 48P spur gear you have installed a special one, or is it just a regular one? Did it fit without issues?

If the inner diameter is 24mm then it is the same as 415. I test mounted the pulley the other way around on the spool and fits within the bulkheads of a 415. Maybe this will work as a temporary fix on 416 as the pulley is only supported by the screws.

gizmo, any chance you can post a scan of the back page from the manual so we can see a list of spares/option parts? Thanks mate.

Hello Gizmo i was wondering what size spur are you using for the car with the Xenon spur?

And what are the suspension block order, so far from what i've seen, starting from the front of the car is 1B then 1XB . What are the rear block? I am assuming they are 1A and 1D. If so, do the standard (plastic) rear uprights have any natural toe angle?

Thank you

I assume it is 1B/1A front, 1XB/1D rear.
