Default TRF416

I have a quick question and no sure if it has been asked. I recently picked up a new to me TRF416 chassis, first release. I see there is a new lipo friendly chassis out. Will this update fit my version of the 416. I picked up this chassis to run the TCS series so I am trying to make it 100% tamiya. Can some one point me to a good basse tarmac setup for this chassis.

Second question is the a link to a time line the outlines the changes between releases?

Thanks , sorry if this has been asked in the past.

The lipo chassis will fit all 416s but the top deck only fits the X

From what I hear the smokem fx chassis may well be better than the tamiya deck, and it's 1/2 the price

I have decided to venture away from the Tamiya. As much as I love this car, and how awesome it truly looks, i'm parting ways with it. I don't even wanna sell it.

for sale thread
