I personally found that Jilles setup to have too much roll as well on higher traction surfaces...Check my setup from Nats...traction was really high and the tires were solaris Hards. To run Sorexs I would just remove the front sweep and a little less camber other then that this setup is pretty good.

Just giving my 416X a spring clean (yes, it's nearly spring down here
) and I've noticed the swing shafts (front and rear) have quite a lot of play where they connect to the axles. Looks like wear and tear from the pin.
The car is pretty much out of the box, but I don't have 42mm and 44mm spares lying around. Is there a maximum length swing shaft I can use? Is there a preferred/stronger replacement for the standard ones?

Does the swing shafts on the 416X wear out fast? What other 416X parts are easily worn?
