Sorry it's been so long since I've dropped by the thread! Been really busy the past couple months with a few projects I'm working on.
Anyway, the KO race is coming up in a couple weeks, so I decided to build a new sedan so I can be sure everything is as good as it can be. Picture is attached
Also shown in the picture are the new threaded setup wheels I designed and had made, no need for nuts to hold the wheel on, and they center perfectly every time for perfect tweak adjustment.

hi guys,
i finished building the new 416x yesterday. building was no problem. everything fits perfectly. upper bulkheads should be raised with 0.1 or 0.2 mm shims to fit the diff excenter perfectly. cant wait to take it for a spin probably wednesday.

You can file a little bit of the pin cushion flat and file a dish or grove in the t nut " ( " that shold give you better clearance, works for me.

There are a few changes to the 416X upper deck other than that it's longer and with different bulk attachment holes. Attached a photo showing a WE and X upper deck side by side.
- The front cutout in front of the hole for the steering brace is slightly differently shaped (arrow shape facing forward)
- Curves a bit differently at the rear with rear "legs" narrower
- Front holes for the motor mount / right middle bulk is a bit more inside compared to the other holes whereas they were all on a line on the WE
On a side note, for a trick on preparing the carbon parts check out; http://kentech.blogs.se/ Also some good looking new Muchmore stuff there.
