Hi,
never take steel or other metal outdrives for the spool. The vibration will increase terribly on the front axle when having big turning angles!
Seems, that Tamiya managed it to supply the world with more outdrives.

hey guys i built my car this weekend, the WE version, i would like to know how i cn reduce the chatter on full lock when i use the spool? there seems to be a lot, when i reduce my EPA's on both sides until the chatter stops- the wheels dont move far enough (ie the epa's are too short)... how can u reduce the chatter? any ideas guys

I've never used a spool. What do you mean with chatter?
