Well compared to MOD with a 4T x11. Stock is a baby class....
but it aint easy... but PROVE me wrong okes....

Milling a 400$ new car to fit a 30$ motor... yeah... nice one hehehehe

Ladies...Technical side?! I've read they say it doesn't run well with foam? So should I slap on a thicker bottom deck or get myself some rubber?!
My 415 has got a sleeper plank on the bottom... It hasn't wooped any corraly yet, but it runs well with foam
I think the 416 will be the best stock car ever... when I get it

I never said the corally will whip any thing are vice versa......
Its dangerous when ppl start talking like that...
I will say the corally isnt the best car out there... but results speak...
Check Sage's results in stock... that speaks for itself....
i was just trying to guide your efforts from the TRAP i also fell into ....
but hey... u da expert on tamiya ...heheheheh

corally is a beautiful car if you can look past the fragile hubs and knuckles, replace them with 100$ of corallalum, then you still have very fragile a-arms
twice this season ive crashed into the back of a corally with my 416we and broke a rear arm on the corally both times, while my 416 with only a couple changes has not broken yet even thou it has taken some pretty serious hits
and althou i havnt run big power in it it adds a full lap in a five min race running in gt silver can

corally is a beautiful car if you can look past the fragile hubs and knuckles, replace them with 100$ of corallalum, then you still have very fragile a-arms

what changes did you make to get the car more robust? i will be racing a 4.5t motor and would like to have the car as resilient as possible?

Hey guys need some setup advice. I'm basically running a box stock Worlds Edition 416 with an Orion 17.5 on rubber tyres (low grip asphalt track).
The turning radius seem quite large when im on power and it makes it really hard to drive fast. What areas should I be looking into.

Its understeering. Put softer springs up front or harder in the back

Tried it the last weekend, it seems to work very well. I had to shave a little material off the pegs to fit them into the ball races. Put about six of them in, and tightened it all the way. You still get the spool action, but the slipper will absorb the force in an impact.
