that is correct, the car is less twitchy with D/D. I tried B/B today and basically couldn't drive it because it was so darty, that was with no spacers in the wheels. With .5 it was better but still too direct for me, but if that's you're thing give it a go

Hi,

@Henry (Stilo): Thank you very much for your setup and Congrats to your reasonable second place! Very good job! I was wondering, that C-C will give enough steering in SuperStock. I have tested it a few times, but wasnt really pleased. I was running furst 1D-1B on DHI, later 1D-1C. But anything other was bad on my car.

In addition I was riding 1mm RC at the back (you was driving 0.5). I think with 1.0 it was more fluid to drive - but the fact is, that it was to slow.

Don't know if this has been posted before, whats a good FDR (416 WE) to run with 9t 4300kv motor to race in an airconditioned indoor carpet track, size small to medium? Also which rubber tyre do you suggest with it?

Thanks.

If you look closely at what matters .. the geometry. Both cars are very similar. But if you have been paying attention to some of the stickers you may have seen for other products, "Blue is better!" .

So after trying for a couple weeks I was finally able to break my 416. Does anybody know of a place, preferably stateside, I can get the C-hubs and knuckles for this? I think the ones that were on the car were the ones for the IFS as they took way too many hits to be the graphite. I'm not sure of that though as I got the car second hand, but they did not look like the same material as the ones that were on my 05R.

Sorex 28 or LRP VTEC 27 tires. With JB Blue inserts.
Check at the track what FDR others are running....

you should be able to order it direct from tamiya america. all the diffs and belted components are the same as the older 416.
