Stein, your track is quite big and open. You can take advanatge of the extra power, however at our track it is much tighter and not nearly as open. You can see in the pic below...
I have tried the one-way vs the spool and came to the conclusion they are just as quick as one another, only difference being consistency. Over a 5-min run I am much faster with a spool, not to mention racing against someone is much easier, allowing for overtaking maneuvers that require brakes. For your track I would probably switch to a oneway but at our track it is not an advantage.

I have had a few PM's from people who were confused about the location of the "vent hole" on my shocks so I decided to take a picture of one. Hopefully this will clarify things.

What the biggest pinion (48 pitch) I can run? I run 75 tooth at the moment but Im going to try abit of mod action for fun. Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys, I meant spur gear.
32 tooth pinion would fry a 4 turn motor for sure.

And as a project for this weekend... I'm going to attempt to draw up a roll centre calculator for the 416, such as I did for the 415 (attached below). Ahh, lazy weekend before christmas
Cheers
