New motor mount can be seen there, easily distinguisable if you look how the forward central brace is mounted, much higher up on the mount.

We all knew from the beginning the original motor mount was designed to be/look as chunky as possible so they had something to upgrade on the next version of the car. I'm shocked, SHOCKED to see it here now. I may have to buy a whole new kit just so I can get that sexy little thing. Maybe they can use some of that left over aluminum on the toe blocks. :-)

well a 13.5 setup probably wont be the same as marcs mod setups, but there are a bunch of good rubber and carpet setups on www.thard.co.uk
Don't think the Euros or Andernach ETS set ups ever saw the light of day but from what I saw they weren't greatly different from the reedy race ones. If you have C/C up front, XA/E on the rear, and 3mm under every camber link then you are pretty close to spot on for rubber

an O-ring on the shocks? Is this on the exterior-side of the piston-shaft (I can't image you could notice them otherwise)? What's the purpose of this O-ring?

hey there aussie m8..
that looks like a nice piece but ..
would u please tell me why i would want to put the pack so far out?
seems to me we need to quicken the polar moment... not slow it down.
furthermore.. y doesnt someone just make us some tungsten rectangles to make the lipos weigh the same as nimhs?

The advantage would be less weight is needed to balance the car. So you get a balanced car at a lower weight compared to running NiMH batteries.
Problem I see with this design is that during left hand corners the car will bottom out much sooner than during right hand corners. This will also make the cars ability to cope with kerbs and dots different between left and right hand side.

My car is nicly balanced not only left to right but front to back. It took some doing but it drives beautifully. Guess you gotta be carefull where you put 6 oz. of lead. No manufacturer seems to think heavy rectangles that fit under the car would be profitable. HELLO!?..... ANY BODY THERE!?! guess not.

I could have sworn somebody sold those rectangle weights that fit in the battery slots. I think they were covered with a carbon-fiber-look film as well. I'll keep looking...

LOL those weights are only .2 oz. each and are made for golf clubs.. useless in my book.
