What is going on with the 416 kit? Every place on-line is back ordered. Are they going release a new kit? Whats up?

yes. There is no problem with that. Just run it like that till you can get the XA/E on the car.

Yust a quick question to the 416 drivers out there!

Does the new steering knuckles match with the old c-hubs to?
Without modification? The rear ones is a direct fit.

I plan to install them in my Evo5.

Greetings Blueman

No, you have to modify them slightly. We did this on my friends car, I took a file and filed off the top of the knuckle till it fit snug with the c hub. Don't file the bottom or else you will change the height of the axle. Works great.

There was some one at the Memphis TN TCS meet last weekend that was running a TRF416 and had to run the 415msx c-hubs. He had no issues...

Alrighty veecee,
I guess we should both practice our reading skills!
I read the question posted & still stand with with my answer!
THE PERSON AT THE TCS RACE INSTALLED AN ORIGINAL LWT C-HUB WITH THE NEW 416 STEERING KNUCKLE WITH NO PROBLEM, RACED THE CAR AND WAS STILL COMPETITIVE!!!
I don't now if I could get that any clearer for ya!

You are correct, sir, & I'd know because it was me that did that(& I also had to learn more about the streets of Memphis in my search for 42mm turnbuckles)......
