Tryhard is correct, where it says "full" i was referring to my shock rebound. As for the rear toe i made a little error....should have been a XA block which equals 3 degrees . As for droop, i measure it a different way the some people. The way i do this is by measuring ride height, then i raise the chassis till the tires barely touch and re-measure the ride height. The difference in the measurements is my amount of droop. So if i have 5 mm ride height and my second measurement is 7.5mm then i will have 2.5mm of droop. Hope this clarifys things!

So does the 416 use the same arms as the tb evo iv? was just browsing tamiya usa really thinking about getting a 416 and was looking up the different part numbers to see if i could order spares while waiting for the car to come off back order and under spare parts for 416 is lists evo iv arms.
also is all i need to have a spool the front direct coupler? or is there anything else i need for spool?
any weak links i should change out from the get go?

Yes the 416 does use the Evo IV Short Reversable Arms, though there not what you get in the kit, everyone is using the short arms on the 416 though.
Look at Ed Clarks (Try Hards Website) www.thard.co.uk. It has all you need to know on there, for what you need for the spool, to the parts you should keep stock of.

yes, they do bind but loosens after a while. i use 0.6mm instead of 1mm initially and slowly added it back to 1mm after a few runs. just shim it to however u like and watch out that there is not too much play after every few runs.

it's still tight but yeah not as bad
I find between 2 and 3 degrees suits most tracks. If the grip is really high then 1.5 might be ok, but I've usually found that if you need to go that low then you should be concentrating on other areas to find more steering

Nice spool! I can see why it took 6 months to design, if you look closely, you can see the silhouette of Jesus! It's the Jesus spool! Thanks Tamiya!
Anyway, the ends of my ball studs come down too far and hit the spool's outdrives. I believe I can use shorter studs, but it may affect how much adjustment I can make up front? I'll have to experiment with different studs and see where I'm at.
Did anybody notice the bearing holders that come with the spool seem to be a significantly different plastic than those that come with the kit? It's kind of a light grey color.
