A question about weight bias.
What is the desired front/rear weight bias?
I am adding lead to my car to get it too legal weight and want to know where to place it.
Thank you

Yeah, spool! Okay, so what pulley for the spool? One-way or diff? Also, what do you call the delrin parts that can break? Outdrives? Sorry, I'm a spool newb, it's been all carpet for me up until now.

Out of curiosity, has anybody ever tried using Losi's spool pads to convert a diff to a spool? They seemed to work okay on the Type-R, since they had a tiny bit of give in them if you crashed.

Problem with making a spiff or converting a diff over is that if you crash, you risk breaking the blades. If the blade breaks, then the axle pins will tear the hell out of the aluminum outdrives.

Sorry for the silly question. Why would the LWT be better? Wouldn't a shorter wheelbase make the car more likely to turn over at corners?

Default caster blocks

I apologize if this has been answered already, but do the TA05IFS front aluminum caster blocks from 3 racing fit the 416. Thanks, Jayme

If they're like the regular Tamiya IFS caster blocks, they should no problem.

Yes, I am using them right now. Only $12 a pair ain't that bad. 416 & TA05IFS are the same Caster blocks.

If you do order the TA05IFS caster get the standard and not the Carbon. The 416 has the Carbon Caster.....if you look at them too hard they will break. Reinforce my a.
