Just installed the 3racing 4degree front uprights, seems to be good quality and fit. Just wanted to let you know if you order these, you should also order .3mm shims if you don't already have them, as there is a lot of up and down play between the steering hub and the upright bushings without them.

I just tried a pack of Venom 5000 Lipos and they just fit under the upper deck. To my surprise they are a lot punchier than the MaxAmps 5000s I already had.

Well thank F for that....
Stripped my car apart this evening, first attempt I've had at looking into what the issue was from the weekend. Turns out it was simply a badly bent left rear hinge pin. Not sure when I would have bent that, but I'm guessing it would have been during the last meeting, although don't recall hitting anything hard enough to bend it. Do remember hitting the wall at the last Carpet wars round, and I didn't check the car between thoose runs... so that possibly where the issue started.
Still, given me a good excuse to strip the car and give it a fettle, even re-built the diff (although it didn't need it, even after 50+ runs
), only thing I didn't rebuild were the shocks, but I'll proably do that some point this week.
Hopefully I'll get a run next weekend, otherwise it's going to be a few months before I get the next opportunity to do so, as my other hobby kicks off it's season soon. Hey ho, have to see what happens.
Cheers
Ed

On the DHI setup that Jilles posted, does anybody know what those downstop settings (6mm up front, 5 in the rear) would be if measured as uptravel, or droop over ride height.

Hi,
downstop (droop) is measured at the end point (near the outer 2.6mm suspension shaft) of the suspension arm.
The Square Knuckles are still in stock (STV-35MS). The C-Hubs will arrive around Thursday (28.04.). I will bring them to the LRP-Touring Car Masters in Eppelheim.

What gear do I need to go with it? Part number if you know it.
I know this is the 416 thread but I need to get this ordered.
