does the lrp Vector x11 comes with Sintered Neodymium rotor? i can't find that info in rc10.com....

Nope

In one of the mod ones (its the 4.5 or 3.5) comes with a sintered rotor, all the rest you have to buy one

a "stock" with adjustable timing...

...ROAR hasnt laid down rules for stock brushless yet have they? Im noob to brushless i suppose.

Hmm, I see you released something similar in '96... but without brushless. Some way of dyno'ing brushless motors would be the shiz. Build it.
