I can only speak for the MRC977. Very basic, but, has the ability to charge one pack AND charge/discharge another simultaneously. (two sets of leads). Comes with its own power supply and costs $100. Others, more advanced, a few dollars more AND you have to buy a power supply.

Many chargers that have the ability to charge lipo cells have a ac to dc converter..think of your laptop; cant plug it straight into the wall, it has that big black box adapter to convert the electricity. Well, the newer chargers have this as well. for some strange reason or another, this power supply doesnt come with the charger, you have to buy it. MRC includes it with the package.
